Last week, during the @mindedsociety Guided Journaling Zoom with @echertow, we did one of the most fun journaling prompts I’ve ever done! It’s called ✨How to Live✨ and it’s a representation of how you currently live your life or how you want your future self to live. Swipe for mine! 🥰

All you have to do is put on some music, open up to a blank page in your journal, and start writing. This is a stream of consciousness prompt so just write anything that comes to mind! There’s no wrong way to do it. 💖

The perfect Chicago weekend 🖤 This was our 10th year visiting together and we still love it just as much as day one.

Dropping my recs below for anyone looking to visit!

THINGS TO DO:

⛴️ Architecture boat tour - we’ve done it twice! It’s such a cool way to not only see the city but learn about the history of each building.

🥂 Rooftop drinks - we love @zbarchicago, @cindysrooftop, @lhchicago, and if you want to do a skyscraper, check out the Signature Lounge at the top of the John Hancock building.

👟 Walk! Chicago is such an easy city to explore by foot. We love the River Walk, Lakefront Trail, Milton Lee Olive Park (where the first pic was taken!), Rush Street, and Michigan Ave.

📍West Loop - we love this neighborhood! It has a much more relaxed, local vibe with GREAT restaurants and less mainstream shopping. Plus @pvolvechicago is here!
