How’s everyone feeling with the full moon we just had and the official change in seasons? 🌝💐

I felt a bit discombobulated and emotional the past couple of days but am starting to feel more like myself today.

30 minutes of movement and 15 minutes of meditation can do A LOT for me! I also need to get better at spending more time outside now that the weather is starting to turn a weeeee bit here in Michigan.

Friendships like these last a lifetime ❤️

I moved a LOT growing up, so I never thought I’d have friendships like this in my life. You know, the ones where you’ve know each other for decades, can go years without seeing each other, but it feels like zero time has passed when you’re together?

That’s what I have with this girl right here.

Danielle and I met in NY back in 2004 (6-7th grade) and then a year later, I was off to Florida. But through hour-long phone calls and lengthy emails, we created the strongest bond. Even though we were miles apart!

Friendships like those are like sunshine for the soul ☀️ and I’m so grateful I get to call Danielle my forever best friend!

(And now our hubbies are besties too and my heart can’t handle it 🥹)

VEGAMOUR GRO HAIR SERUM REVIEW 🌟

Quick rundown:

• Growth = 10/10
• Density = 9/10
• Shedding = 0/10

After using the @vegamour GRO Hair Serum for 5 consecutive months, I noticed tons of hair growth and definitely more density.

I mean, these baby hairs can’t be tamed!

And my hair feels fuller and thicker than ever before. 🙏🏼

The cons:

~ My hair still sheds like crazy! @organic_olivia mane magic definitely does a better job at controlling fall out.

~ It takes at least 2-3 months to see any results. I went through a bottle and a half before noticing any major changes. So you have to be super patient and CONSISTENT!

~ I don’t love that this serum contains alcohol denat as the third ingredient. Typically, hair products with denatured alcohol tend to dry out your skin/scalp. But I didn’t have any adverse reactions to this one. Either way, an important warning for those with more sensitive scalps! 👀

I apply a dropper full all over my scalp every other night and have seen great results.

My pores already miss the sunshine and humidity of South Florida.

Buuuuut, it feels so good to be home! We took down our Christmas decor, cleaned, I worked on my @vegamour blog post, lathered on layers of @mariobadescu body butter, and now we’re cuddled up watching Netflix.

Oh! And we’re ordering Peruvian tonight 🤤
